Abstract: The structural model of integrated automatic system based on intelligent control maintenance management system was introduced, and the causes of frequent faults in tobacco primary processing line were analyzed.An integrated mode combining ENTAK online monitoring system with automatic system in the line was put forward with practical examples.The integration of control, maintenance and management not only provides full data sharing, but also effectively reduces the overall cost of an enterprise.
