干冰烟丝膨胀线工艺换热器故障分析与改进

摘要: 干冰膨胀烟丝生产线运行中,存在膨胀烟丝工艺气体温度偏低和工艺换热器列管变形、爆管等问题,其故障原因主要在于换热器结灰、结垢严重,造成换热管换热不均匀;柴油燃烧后的气体和膨胀烟丝后的工艺气体中含有有害物质,以及高温都会对管壁产生腐蚀,造成换热器效率低,导致换热管变形,甚至爆管。在换热器中增加20根管子,即增加换热面积,并将换热管纵向的2个法兰口改为可拆卸式,改进后不仅满足了设备维护周期的要求,减少了热能损失,也方便了换热管的检查和维修。Abstract: There were many problems such as lower process gas temperature, tube distortion or burst in heat exchanger during the operation of dry ice expanded tobacco system, the causes were that:1)serious dust buildup in the heat exchanger, which resulted in uneven heat exchange;2)tube corrosion caused by flue gas, cycled process gas and high temperature, which resulted in lower heat exchange efficiency, tube distortion or burst.20 tubes were added in the heat exchanger to increase heat exchange surface;and the 2 longitudinal flanges were replaced by detachable flanges.After improving, the required maintenance interval was achieved, heat loss was reduced, and it was also convenient to inspect and maintain the tubes.
