Abstract: A four-channel temperature controller with profibus interface was designed for ZJ19E cigarette making and tipping machine combination, the temperature controller worked as a Profibus-DP secondary station and connected with ZJ19E control bus system.The controller was comprising of signal collecting circuit, A/D converting circuit, central processing unit, temperature controlling unit and Profibus communicating unit and adopting.Incremental PID control arithmetic.The configuration of communication interface and fieldbus system and the design of monitoring interface were described.The controller comprehensively improved the performance of temperature control unit of ZJ19E, also, it was convenient for user to operate and maintain.
