烟叶中茄尼醇的超临界CO2萃取
Extraction of Solanesol in Tobacco with Supercritical Fluid CO2

摘要: 研究了超临界CO2萃取烟叶中茄尼醇的条件,发现萃取压力是主要影响因素,其次为夹带剂(75%乙醇)用量、萃取温度和CO2流量,其较佳萃取条件为:萃取压力20MPa,萃取温度40℃,75%乙醇用量1.5mL/g烟叶,CO2流量20kg/h,在此条件下茄尼醇的萃取率达79%以上。Abstract: The conditions for solanesol extracting from tobacco with supercritical fluid CO2 were studied.It was found that the key factor influencing the yield of solanesol was extracting pressure.The optimum conditions for SCFE were as follow s:pressure:20MPa;temperature:40℃;entrainer, 75% (v/v) alcohol:1.5mL/g raw material;CO2 flowrate:20kg/h.The yield of solanesol was over 79%.
