不同海拔下白肋烟的配套晾制技术研究

  • 摘要: 针对低、高海拔地区白肋烟在晾制过程中存在的急干、棚烂等突出问题,依据不同海拔烟区晾制季节的气候特点,以调节晾房内的相对湿度为核心,通过两年的试验,研究确定了不同海拔下白肋烟的配套晾制技术。低海拔下通过采用保湿、增湿技术,使晾房内相对湿度保持在适宜的范围内,烟叶干燥过快造成急干烟的问题得到解决,晾制时间比对照增加了5~7d,晾制后烟叶上中等烟率比对照提高了7.8个百分点;高海拔下因采用增温、排湿技术,使晾房内相对湿度保持在适宜的范围内,烟叶干燥过慢导致棚烂的现象得到控制,晾制时间比对照缩短了3~4d,上中等烟率比对照提高了10.8个百分点。

     

    Abstract: The air-curing of burley tobacco at different altitudes and climates were studied with two years experiments, the problems of being dried hastily at low altitude district and barn rot at high altitude district during air curing were effectively solved.The key was to maintain proper relative humidity in curing barn during curing process.At low altitude district, it could be achieved by adding and keeping moisture, which prolonged the curing time by 5-7 days and resulted in an increase of high-middle grade leaves by 7.8 percentage points;at high altitude district, the proper relative humidity in curing barn could be reached by raising temperature and ventilation, which shortened the curing time by 3-4 days and resulted in an increase of high-middle grade leaves by 10.8 percentage points.
