Invalid Data Elimination of On-line Moisture Content Testing in Primary Processing Line

摘要: 分析了制丝线在制品检测过程中产生无效含水率数据的原因,根据制丝线上红外水分仪安装位置(皮带输送机和电子皮带秤)的不同,可采取判别法和趋势法对在制品检测的无效数据进行滤除,以保证在制品含水率采集的准确性和科学性,提高卷烟的内在质量。

Abstract: The causes responsible for the occurrence of invalid data of tobacco moisture content in processing line were analyzed.In order to increase the data veracity and improve the quality of cigarette, the ineffective data of tobacco moisture content were filtered by distinguish method and trend method depending on where were the infrared moisture meters located (on belt conveyor or weighing belt) in the processing line.
