Design of SPC3 Interface Chip

  • 摘要: 介绍了基于单片机AT89C52的智能芯片SPC3的设计与硬件实现方法,该法利用PROFIBUS总线和RS-485接口电路的优点,提高了数据采集与监控系统的效率。SPC3应用于ZJ19E卷接机组的电控系统,其软件设计主要包括AT89C52微控制器以及SPC3初始化程序设计,程序直接存放在AT89C52内部闪存中,外围电路和时序控制简单,能够满足卷接机组控制系统实时性、精确性和可靠性较高的要求。

     

    Abstract: The design of intellectual interface chip SPC3 based on single chip microcomputer AT89C52 and realization of hardware were introduced, the efficiency of data collecting and monitoring system was increased by PROFIBUS and RS-485 interface circuit.SPC3 was used in the electric control system of ZJ19E cigarette making and tipping machine combination, its software design including the initialization programing of AT89C52 microcontroller and SPC3, the program was stored directly in the inner flash memory of AT89C52, the peripheral circuit and time sequential control were simple, it fulfills the characters of real time, higher accuracy and reliability required by control system in cigarette making and tipping machine combination.
