Determination of Aldicarb Residue in Tobacco

摘要: 建立了测定烟草中涕灭威残留量的方法,即采用甲醇萃取烟草,萃取液中的涕灭威及其代谢物通过过氧化氢氧化转化为涕灭威砜,再用二氯甲烷提取去除干扰,然后用配备火焰光度检测器的气相色谱仪测定。外标法定量。方法的检出限为0.04μg/g,平均回收率为83.12%~99.16%,相对标准偏差为5.56%~10.77%。

Abstract: A method for determining aldicarb residue in tobacco by GC/FPD was developed.Aldicarb in tobacco was extracted with methanol, oxidized by H₂O₂, purified by liquid-liquid partition with CH₂Cl₂ to remove the components interfering GC separation of aldicarb, and then determined by GC/FPD.The aldicarb residue in tobacco was quantitated by an external standard method.The detection limit of this method was 0.04μg/g, the recoveries of aldicarb residue from tobacco samples were from 83.12% to 99.16% and the RSD was from 5.56% to 10.77%.
