Determination of Sulfur in Tobacco with Barium Sulphate Turbidimetry

摘要: 确定了在水-丙酮介质中SO₄^2-与Ba²⁺形成均匀稳定BaSO₄溶胶的实验条件,建立了一种测定烟草中硫含量的新方法。该方法RSD < 3%,回收率97%~102.6%,并用该方法测定了部分烟叶中的含硫量。

Abstract: A new method for analysis of sulfur in tobacco was established by determining the experimental conditions necessary for sulphate and barium ions forming into even and stable barium sulphate plasma sol in water-acetone medium.The RSD of this method was below 3% and the recoveries of sulfur were from 97% to 102.6%.The contents of sulfur in some tobacco leaves were determined.
