烟叶水浸液的总酸度与其部位、颜色、等级的关系

Relationship of Total Acidity of Tobacco Leaf Aqueous Infusion with its Stalk Position, Color and Grade

摘要: 检测了88种烤烟烟叶水浸液的总酸度及其pH值。结果表明:①同一等级不同地区烟叶水浸液的总酸度或pH值不同;②上部烟叶水浸液的总酸度最高,其次是中部,下部最低;③上、中、下部烟叶水浸液的总酸度随其等级的变化趋势均不明显;④烟叶水浸液的总酸度或pH值与烟叶颜色的关系不大;⑤烟叶水浸液的总酸度随着其厚度的增加而增大。

Abstract: The total acidity and pH value of aqueous infusion of 88 kinds of flue-cured tobacco were measured.The results showed that:1) the total acidity or pH value of aqueous infusion of same grade of tobacco leaf grown at different areas was different;2) the total acidity of aqueous infusion of upper leaf was the highest, followed by cutter, and that of lower leaf was the lowest;3) the total acidity of aqueous infusion of leaves from the three stalk positions displayed no evident correlation with their grade and color;and 4) the total acidity of tobacco leaf aqueous infusion increased with the increase of leaf thickness.
