摘要: 简要回顾了全二维气相色谱的发展史、工作原理、仪器构成、优越性及其在石化、食品、环保等领域的应用,并讨论了该技术应用于烟草化学成分分析的可行性。

Abstract: The history, working principle, makeup, advantages of comprehensive two dimensional gas chromatography (GC×GC) and its applications in petrochemistry, food and environmental protection were reviewed.The practicability of applying GC×GC/MS in the analysis of chemical constituents in tobacco was also discussed.
