Abstract: The management of equipment, maintenance and spare part inventory was integrated into a trinitarian computerized management system, the concept of preventive equipment maintenance was set up, the management of work sheet, preventive equipment maintenance, tasks, inventory and purchase were realized.The inventory and usage of key and expensive spare parts were monitored throughout the course, the purview of user could be set flexibly, and overall computerized management was realized.The aggregate equipment maintenance cost could be decreased effectively by this system.
