超临界流体萃取树苔净油研究

Extraction of Absolute Oil from Tree Moss with Supercritical Fluid

  • 摘要: 系统研究了超临界CO2萃取树苔净油的工艺。探讨了萃取压力、温度、时间、夹带剂的用量等因素对树苔净油的品质和净油得率的影响,确定的最佳萃取工艺条件为:萃取压力15~18MPa,萃取温度40℃,夹带剂流量20~30mL/h,二氧化碳流量2~3L/h,萃取时间3h。在此条件下萃取,树苔净油的得率为2.03%。并用所得树苔净油进行了卷烟加香试验。评吸结果表明:该树苔净油能增加烟香,掩盖杂气,降低刺激,明显提高卷烟的吸味品质。实验得出3点结论:①必须加入夹带剂,超临界CO2才能有效地萃取树苔净油;②必须在适宜的工艺条件下才能萃取出适宜的烟用树苔净油;③树苔净油是一种理想的优质烟用香料。

     

    Abstract: The extraction of absolute oil from tree moss with supercritical CO2 fluid was studied systematically.The effects of extraction pressure, temperature, time, CO2 flow rate, and the rate of entrainer on the quality and yield of the absolute oil was investigated.The determined optimum extraction condition was that extraction pressure was from 15 to 18MPa, extraction temperature 40℃, CO2 flow rate 2 to 3L per hour, entrainer flow rate 20 to 30mL per hour, and extraction time 3 hours.The yield of the absolute oil was 2.03%.The panel results of tested cigarettes flavored with the absolute oil showed that the absolute oil was capable of enhancing tobacco flavor, masking offensive odor, reducing irritation, and obviously improving smoking taste.It was concluded that:1) the absolute oil could not be efficiently extracted from tree moss with supercritical CO2 fluid unless entrainer was added to extracting agent; 2) feasible absolute oil for tobacco was extracted only under right extraction condition;and 3) the absolute oil of tree moss was an ideal tobacco flavor.
