烤烟种子催芽时间与包衣后种子活力的关系
Relationship between Priming Duration and Vigour of Pelleted Flue-cured Tobacco Seed

摘要: 对K326种子进行了9个不同的催芽时间处理,并测定了处理后包衣种子的发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数。结果表明,不同处理的种子发芽势和发芽率与对照间存在显著或极显著的差异,不同催芽时间处理之间也存在一定的差异。烤烟催芽包衣种子活力的评价结果表明,催芽处理时间30~46h能明显提高烤烟种子发芽势和发芽率。各处理的发芽率和发芽势随催芽时间的变化趋势基本相同。催芽时间35~44h时发芽指数较高,种子活力也较高。Abstract: The seed of flue-cured tobacco K326 was primed in 9 different treating durations, and the germinating viability, percentage and indexes of primed pelleted seed were determined.The results showed that there were significant differences of seed vigour and germinating percentage (1% and 5% levels) between all treatments and CK, and there were certain differences among different priming durations.The vigour of primed pelleted flue-cured tobacco seed was evaluated as follows:1) the germinating viability and percentage increased significantly by priming duration of 30-46h;2) the trends of germinating percentage and viability changing with different priming durations were similar;3) the higher germinating index and seed vigour could be obtained by priming duration of 35-44h.
