杀虫剂对烟蚜的毒力测定及药效试验

Toxicity Test and Control Effect of Pesticides on Myzus persicae (Sulzer)

  • 摘要: 为筛选防效较好的杀虫剂,于2002年进行了5种杀虫剂对烟蚜的室内(浸渍法)毒力测定及田间防效试验。室内毒力测定结果表明,5种杀虫剂对烟蚜的相对毒力指数排序为:"艾美乐" > "虫螨克星"> "金世纪" > "阿耳发特" > "乐果";田间试验结果表明,70%"艾美乐"15000倍液、1.8% "虫螨克星" 3000倍液和3% "金世纪" 1500倍液对烟蚜防效较好,在施药后7d对烟蚜的校正防效分别为99.74%、99.67%和99.90%,并具有持效期较长、防治效果稳定的特点。

     

    Abstract: For selecting more effective pesticides, the indoor toxicity tests and field experiments on control effect of 5 pesticides to Myzus persicae (Sulzer) were conducted in 2002.The toxicity testing results showed that the pesticides in order of relative toxicity indexes to Myzus persicae (Sulzer) were:imidacloprid > abamectin > acetamiprid > alphacypermehrin > dimethoate.The field experiment results showed that the 70% imidacloprid at a dilution of 15000, 1.8% abamectin at a dilution of 3000 and 3% acetamiprid at a dilution of 1500 had better, longer and stabler control effects, and the corrected control effects in 7 days after application was 99.74%, 99.67% and 99.90%, respectively.
