Determination of Chlorine in Tobacco with Continuous Flow Analytical Method

  • 摘要: 为使SKALAR分析仪测定的烟草氯含量与其他分析仪的测试结果具有可比性,对连续流动分析法测定烟草中氯含量的可能影响因素,即透析处理、显色温度和检测波长进行了考察。结果表明:透析处理、37℃显色和490nm检测波长是SKALAR分析仪测定烟草氯含量的适宜条件,在此条件下测定了2种烟叶标准样品的氯含量,检测结果均在其标定范围内。

     

    Abstract: In order to make the determination results of chlorine in tobacco by SKALAR analyzer compatible with the results determined by other analyzers, the possible factors influencing determination of chlorine in tobacco by SKALAR analyzer, such as dialysis disposal, color reaction temperature and detection wavelength, were tested.The results showed that the optimum conditions for determining chlorine in tobacco by SKALAR analyzer were dialysis of reacting fluid with dialyzer, color reaction under 37℃ and detection at 490nm wavelength.The content of chlorine in two standard tobacco samples was determined by the SKALAR analyzer under conditions mentioned above, and the found values were within the confines of criterion.
