Abstract: Aiming at the problem of original suction band transition pulley in PASSIM cigarette making and tipping machine combination, by modifying its inner hole structure and putting in a sleeve, a worn transition pulley became reusable, hence the life of the transition pulley was prolonged and the maintenance cost was reduced accordingly.
