Abstract: In case of lightning, Ingersoll-Rand air-compressor's instantaneous break would result in main motor stop, a strong stream air-compressor oil would be forced out of air inlet of main motor and interrupt the normal operation of cigarette making machine.The improving measures were as follows:1) Serially connecting one set of normal open auxiliary contacts of alternating current contactor 1M and oil cut-off electromagnetic valve 5SV to prevent oil from injecting to main motor through electromagnetic valve when air-compressor was instantaneously cut off;2) Serially connecting the another set of normal open auxiliary contacts of 1M in 2M coil circuit, system would be emptied to maintain normal stop status.
