Abstract: To solve the problem of uneven cut tobacco feeding in YJ15 cigarette maker, 3 measures were taken:1) adopting AC servo systems to drive the fine and coarse carded drums independently, to shorten transmission chain; 2) separating the first metering feed drive from the second one;3) changing gear drive into timing belt drive.After improvement, the uniformity of cut tobacco supply was increased and the number of loose end cigarette was reduced.
