Abstract: Tobacco leaf quality data management system developed with object oriented programming language Delphi based on SQL database was introduced, the field selection of data sheet in database design and ADO system structure were discussed mainly.The system's functions included sorting, writing, mending, inquiring and statistics computing of tobacco leaf quality data, whereby the centralization of testing data management was realized, the ability and rapidity of data analysis were increased, and the system also facilitated the formulation of new cigarette blends.
