Device for Cleaning Pneumatic Feeder's Screen in PASSIM Cigarette Making and Tipping Machine Combination

摘要: 针对PASSIM卷接机组供丝落料器网板存在的烟丝堵塞的问题,通过在落料器网板的上方增加一套清理装置,以及箱体的一侧增加活门,彻底解决了网板的堵丝现象,保证了机组的正常运行。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of screen block resulted from cut tobacco buildup in the pneumatic feeder in PASSIM cigarette making machine, a cleaning device was mounted above the screen in the feeder and a movable door at one side wall of the feeder's body.The screen block was then avoided and daily operation of the machine was ensured.
