Study on HPLC and GC/MS Determination of Benzoa pyrene in Cigarette Smoke

  • 摘要: 为准确测定卷烟烟气中的苯并a芘(BaP),建立了2种测定卷烟烟气中BaP的方法——高效液相色谱法和气质联用法。优化了2种方法的前处理过程、仪器分析条件,并测定了其重复性、回收率和检测限。通过2种分析方法的比较,确定了环己烷萃取、硅胶柱固相萃取纯化和气相色谱-质谱法定量检测BaP含量的标准分析方法。该法BaP的检测限为1.44ng/mL,回收率为99.45%~102.40%,CV为2.77%。采用该法测定了国内外81种卷烟烟气中的BaP含量,并对这些卷烟烟气中BaP含量分布进行了探讨。

     

    Abstract: Two methods, HPLC and GC/MS, for determining benzoa pyrene (BaP) in cigarette smoke were developed.The pretreatment and instrument analysis condition were optimized and the repeatability, recovery and detectable limit of BaP were also determined.By comparing, a standard method was determined, wherein BaP in TPM was extracted with cyclohexane, then subjected to a silica SPE cartridge cleanup, and followed by quantitative analysis with GC/MS.For the method, the detectable limit of BaP was 1.44ng/mL, its recovery was in the range of 99.45%-102.40%, and CV was 2.77%.The BaP contents in 81 kinds of domestic and imported cigarettes were determined and the distribution of BaP yields of the cigarettes was discussed.
