  • 摘要: 为解决成品烟支中梗丝掺配不均匀且与梗丝掺配设定比相差较大的问题,试验采用3种不同的梗丝处理工艺制成3种不同分布形态的梗丝,并对切梗丝后、梗丝膨胀后和梗丝卷制后的梗丝分布形态与梗丝掺配均匀度的关系进行了研究。结果表明,梗丝规格为3~7mm时其形态最稳定,而且该规格梗丝约占全部梗丝的80%以上时,成品烟支中的梗丝掺配均匀度最好。不同分布形态的梗丝对烟支吸阻无明显影响,但对烟支吸阻的波动程度影响较大。

     

    Abstract: The relationships between size distribution and blending uniformity of cut stem all the way from cutting, through expanding to tobacco rod making were studied.The cut stem samples were made by three different stem cutting processes, including cutting stems twice, cutting rolled stems and cutting stems directly without rolling.The results showed that the cut stem sized in the range of 3mm to 7mm had the most stable pattern, when its proportion in a cut stem sample was over 80 percent, the blending uniformity of cut stem in finished cigarette was the highest. The draw resistance of cigarette was scarcely affected by the size distribution of cut stem, however, the extent of fluctuation of draw resistance was affected greatly by the same.
