Abstract: Aiming at the problem of slower in response and narrower adjustable range of the print adjusting system in PASSIM making and tipping machine combination, a manual adjusting system was added to move the paper guide roller by turning an adjusting bolt, so as to correct the print position on cigarette.The rate of defective cigarette caused by print misposition was reduced by 80.5%.The machine shutdown resulted from the print position beyond the adjustable range was avoided basically, and the machine efficiency was increased.
