烟用香精中薄荷醇的气相色谱/质谱分析

Determination of Menthol in Tobacco Flavor by GC/MS

摘要: 采用保留时间比对法和选择离子(81amu)气相色谱/质谱法定性定量分析了烟用香精中的薄荷醇。方法的检测限为0.0028mg/mL,平均回收率为98.52%,RSD为2.41%。

Abstract: Menthol in tobacco flavor was qualitatively and quantitatively determined by GC/MS with comparison of retention time and selective ion (81amu) mode.The detectable limit of the method was about 0.0028 mg/mL, the average recovery of menthol was 98.52% and RSD was 2.41%.The contents of menthol in some tobacco flavors were also determined by the method.
