SPC技术在制丝质量管理中的初步应用

Preliminary Application of Statistical Process Control in Quality Management of Primary Processing

  • 摘要: 为提高制丝质量控制精度,按照新版《卷烟工艺规范》要求,尝试应用SPC (统计过程控制)技术从整个过程来评价、提高制丝过程的加工能力。通过确定SPC技术应用统计方法,建立了"过程质量监控系统"和工艺参数、技术条件实施标准并辅以相应的技术管理措施,提高了过程能力水平,使22个主要质量特性值大于1.0的实际过程能力指数值由50%提高到86.4%,初步实现了从控制结果向控制过程、从人工控制向自动控制的转变,起到了稳定提高卷烟产品质量的作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the quality control precision of primary processing, SPC was applied in quality evaluation of tobacco processing line in accordance with the new industrial standard, The Norm of Cigarette Technology (new edition).By the establishment of a Process Quality Monitoring System, technical parameters, standard technological conditions on the basis of statistical methods and coupled with relative technical management measures, the process capability levels were improved, the percentage of real process capability index (Cpk) values, whose 22 major quality characteristic values were above 1.0, increased from 50% to 86.4%.The transformation from result control and manual control to process control and automatic control were preliminarily achieved.
