Analysis of Synchronous Signal and Cigarette Rejection in ZJ19A

摘要: 针对ZJ19A (PASSIM)卷接机组烟支质量检测系统中存在的好烟支被误剔的现象,介绍了同步信号发生装置,以及烟支质量检测系统选通脉冲的产生及时序逻辑关系,因同步装置故障使同步信号异常而引起好烟支被误剔除的原因进行了分析。

Abstract: Aiming at misrejection of cigarette quality control system in ZJ19A (PASSIM) cigarette making and tipping machine combination, the synchronous signal generator, the generation of gate pulses and time sequential logic relations in cigarette quality control system were introduced.The causes of cigarette misrejection brought about by abnormal synchronous signal were analyzed.
