Application of As-I Bus in Vertical Slicer

摘要: 分析了推板式垂直分切机的工作原理。由于该设备没有独立的PLC,每次联机调试前,需要将控制柜置于调试现场,增加了调试工作量,因此,对其电气控制进行了改进:采用As-I总线控制方式替代原来的ET 200M从站控制方式,并设置了一套独立的S7-300 PLC,从而使分切机的电气控制系统完全独立,与其他设备只需进行简单的信号联接。

Abstract: The working principle of vertical slicer with pusher was analyzed.By sharing PLC with other machine, the control panel had to be at field before production line commissioning and it took additional work.The electric control system was improved:the ET200M substation was replaced by an As-I bus and a set of S7-300 PLC was added.The electric control system of slicer was then fully independent, it linked to other equipment simply with signals.
