Abstract: The problems occurred in curing process of several kinds of bulk curing barn were introduced, and the structure improvement and its effects was discussed by taking STR-1 type bulk curing barn, a model fueled by coal, as an example.The temperature control was sensitive, horizontal temperature distribution was more uniform, the vertical temperature difference was less than 2℃.Other advantages included:convenient coaling operation, higher heat utilization efficiency, smoother humidity exhaustion, and higher cured-tobacco quality.
