Abstract: Aiming at the main types of cigarette and tipping machine combination, PROTOS, PASSIM and GREAT WALL, and combining with the characteristics of centralized air supplying and dusting system and individual air supplying and centralized dusting system, the stabilities and reliabilities of each system were analyzed based on the theory of synergetics and reliability. The rationality of centralized air supplying and dusting system for a group of cigarette making and tipping machine combinations was validated by the application effects in five cigarette factories.
