标准恒流孔的研究

Study on Standard Constant Current Hole

  • 摘要: 通过对气体稳定流动特性、气流速度与通道几何形状的关系、气流通过喷管的流速和流量的分析,计算出喷管喉部的最小截面,形成了通风率测试仪的标准恒流孔。同时还对标准恒流孔的材料选择及流量测量进行了论述。采用CFO技术研制的ZZZ-1型通风率测试仪与进口仪器进行实验和对比,各项性能指标及技术指标均符合行业的标准要求。

     

    Abstract: The critical flow orifice was used for controlling the airflow in ZZZ-1 ventilation meter. The minimum sectional area of jet throat was calculated through the analysis of the steady flow characteristics of air, the relation-ship between air velocity and passage geometry, and the air velocity and volume passing through the jet, the standard constant flow orifice was determined. The material selection and airflow measurement of the standard constant flow orifice were described. Comparing ZZZ-1 ventilation meter with imported instrument, all performance and technology indexes were in accordance with the industrial standard.
