压力对胡卢巴籽超临界萃取的影响

Influence of Extracting Pressure on Supercritical Fluid Extraction of Seed of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.

  • 摘要: 为开发新的烟用香料,对天然香料植物胡卢巴籽进行了超临界流体萃取(SFE)试验,利用GC/MS对萃取物进行了分析,并对其在卷烟中的作用进行了评价。结果表明,在萃取温度50℃和萃取压力25MPa条件下得到的萃取物加香效果最好,且其加香加料效果均好于普通溶剂萃取得到的胡卢巴酊。在该萃取物中鉴定出52种化合物。

     

    Abstract: In order to develop a new tobacco flavor, experiments on supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) of seed of Trigonella foenum-graecum L. were conducted. The resultant extract was analyzed with GC/MS and the cigarettes added with the extract were evaluated. The results indicated that the best extract was obtained while the extracting pressure was 25MPa and the temperature was 50℃. The smoking quality of cigarettes added with the SFE product was better than that with normal tincture of Trigonella foenum-graecum L. 52 compounds in the SPE product were i-dentified.
