Abstract: In order to breed Microplitis prodeniae (Viereck), the experiment on influence of temperature and humidity on Microplitis prodeniae (Viereck) was conducted. The results showed that the parasitic rate, survival rate, emergence rate and life of the adult were increased with the increase of temperature under given humidity or the in-crease of humidity under given temperature. Temperature and humidity showed prominent positive correlation with parasitic rate, survival rate, emergence rate and life of the adult.
