降低烘丝干头干尾的新方法

Solution for Reducing Over-dried Tobacco during Start and Finish of Drying Operation

摘要: 为最大限度地减少烘丝过程中产生的"干头"和"干尾"烟丝,在COMAS CEV型滚筒式烘丝机上增设了一套自动控制装置。结果表明,用自动攒料法治理"干头"问题,使每批次烟丝的"干头"量由10kg左右降至3kg以下;用自动吹料法治理"干尾"问题,使每批次烟丝的"干尾"量由25kg左右降至5kg以下;用在线自动加湿法对剩余的过干烟丝进行再处理,使过干烟丝总量由8kg左右降至2kg左右。

Abstract: An autocontrol device was equipped on the COMAS CEV cylinder dryer to minimize over-dried cut tobacco during start and finish of a drying operation.The over-dried tobacco during start stage was reduced from 10kg to 3kg by automatic piling, during finish stage was reduced from 25kg to 5kg by automatic blowing, and the remained over-dried cut tobacco was processed with automatic online humidification.As a result, the total amount of overdried cut tobacco was reduced from 8kg to 2kg.
