Abstract: The shortcomings influencing weight stability of cigarette in original weight control system in YJ19A cigarette maker were indicated:the ecreteur discs were relatively far away from the trough rails when tobacco was trimmed.The position of ecreteur was fixed in improved weight control system, cigarette weight was steadied by finely adjusting suction band with servo pusher and transmission mechanism.
