Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Growth, Development and Physiological Characteristics of Tobacco Seedling

  • 摘要: 在大田条件下,研究了稻草圈和塑料盘假植育苗法培育的烟苗4~5叶期喷施"唏效唑"、"宿节胺"、"多效唑"和"矮壮素"4种植物生长调节剂对烟苗生长发育和某些生理特性的影响。结果表明:喷施150mg·kg-1"多效唑"和200mg·kg-1"宿节胺"均能极显著地提高烟苗根系活力,增加烟苗叶绿素含量、茎粗和鲜重,增强烟苗抗逆性,可以达到培育壮苗的目的。

     

    Abstract: The effects of four plant growth regulators, S3307, Pix, PP333 and CCC (three spraying concentrations:100, 150 and 200 mg·kg-1) on the growth, development and physiological characteristics of tobacco seedlings transplanted in straw-made pots and plastic trays were studied in field during 4-leaf to 5-leaf stage.The results showed that the root vigor of seedling was significantly improved, the chlorophyll content, stalk thickness and fresh weight were increased, the resistance of plants was enhanced by spraying PP333 at 150 mg·kg-1 or Pix at 200 mg·kg-1.
