一种新型稀土光转换剂的合成及其对烤烟光合作用的影响

Synthesis of a Novel Rare Earth Light Conversion Agent and its Effect on Photosynthesis of Tobacco

  • 摘要: 为提高农用塑料薄膜对光能的利用率,采用相转移催化法合成了2-辛基-1,3-二苯基-1,3-丙二酮及其Sm配合物(C1)——光转换剂,用IR、EA和1H NMR对C1进行了表征,并对C1与聚乙烯(PE)的相容性以及含C1的PE薄膜对烤烟品种K326、RG11和GB-1光合作用的影响进行了试验。结果表明,C1与PE具有较好的相容性;C1及其在PE薄膜中能在波长650nm处光致发光,该波长与植物光合作用所需的光波长643nm和660nm相近;在PE农膜中适量加入Cl可促进烟叶叶绿素的合成,从而提高了烤烟整体的光合效率。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the utilization rate of light energy with agricultural plastic film, 2-octyl-1, 3-diphenyl-1, 3-propandione and its Sm complexes (C1) were synthesized by phase transfer catalysis.C1 was characterized by IR, EA and 1H NMR.The compatibility between C1 and polyethylene (PE) and the effects of PE film containing C1 on the photosynthesis of some Virginia tobacco cultivars, such as K326、RG11 and GB-1, were tested.The results showed that:1) C1 and PE showed relatively good compatibility while adding a long carbon chain compound;2) C1 excitated by light of 391nm could emit 650nm light which was in the vicinity of the wavelengths, 643nm and 660nm, needed by plant photosynthesis;and 3) the photosynthetic rate of tobacco plant was improved as the chlorophyll synthesis in tobacco leaf was promoted by agricultural PE film incorporated with a right amount of C1.
