Abstract: The state of air intrusion in the tobacco impregnator and in CO₂ recycling system was introduced, the operation and performance of the recycling equipment were analyzed.An automatic air release valve was in place of the original manual valve to release the air automatically out of the CO₂ condenser, the efficiency of CO₂ condensing was thus increased, the running state of equipment was improved, and the consumption of CO₂ was reduced.
