用流动分析仪测定烟田土壤中的全氮、全磷

Determination of Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorus in Tobacco Soil by Flow Analyzer

摘要: 利用流动分析仪测定了烟田土壤中的全氮、全磷。结果表明,氮的RSD <2%,回收率97.7%~102.5%;磷的RSD <2%,回收率96.2%~104.7%。

Abstract: Total nitrogen and total phosphorus in tobacco field soil were determined with a Skalar flow analyzer.The results showed that RSD and recovery were < 2% and 97.7%-102.5% for total nitrogen, and < 2% and 96.2%-104.7% for total phosphorus, respectively.
