氮用量对香料烟生理特性及品质的影响

Effects of Fertilization Rates of Nitrogen on the Physiological Characteristics and Quality of Oriental Tobacco

  • 摘要: 采用盆栽与大田试验,研究了不同氮(N)用量对香料烟生育期内生理特性及品质的影响。结果表明:随氮用量的增加,各时期鲜叶中叶绿素、游离氨基酸含量、硝酸还原酶活性呈增加趋势,调制后烟叶总氮、烟碱、蛋白质、钾含量随氮用量的增加而增加,还原糖的含量则以施氮量30kg/hm2的处理较高,氮用量对氯离子含量影响不明显;调制后烟叶中测定出的33种香气物质总量以施氮量15~30kg/hm2的处理较高,不施氮的处理最低。

     

    Abstract: The effects of fertilization rates of nitrogen on some physiological characteristics and quality of oriental tobacco were studied by pot and field experiments. The results showed that with the raise of N application rates, the contents of chlorophyll, free amino acid, and the activity of nitrate reductase of fresh leaves in each growth stage tended upwards, the contents of total nitrogen, nicotine, protein and potassium of cured leaves increased obviously, no significant chlorine content change was found. The content of reducing sugar was higher in the treatment of 30kgN/ha. The total amount of 33 kinds of aroma components of cured leaves was higher under the conditions of 15-30kgN/ha and the lowest without N application.
