氮离子注入对烟草某些生理特性的影响

Effects of Nitrogen Ion Injection on Some Physiological Characteristics of Tobacco

  • 摘要: 将3种剂量(1×1017 N+/cm2,2×1017 N+/cm2,3×1017 N+/cm2)的氮离子束注入烟草品种RG 17的干燥种子和2×1017 N+/cm2的氮离子束注入云烟85种子中,然后播种育苗,并进行生理指标的测定。结果表明:氮离子注入烟草种子后,烟苗根系活力增强,叶片中的脯氨酸含量明显提高,硝酸还原酶活性有所降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增强,叶绿素含量提高。氮离子注入对烟草生理特性的影响因剂量和烟草品种的不同而有一定的差异。

     

    Abstract: Three doses of nitrogen ion, 1×1017 N+/cm2, 2×1017 N+/cm2, and 3×1017 N+/cm2, were injected into dry seeds of tobacco cv. RG 17, and 2×1017 N+/cm2 was injected into dry seeds of tobacco cv. Yunyan 85. The treated seeds were sowed, the physiological index of tobacco seedling was determined. The results showed that with nitrogen ion injection, the vigor of seedling root system and the content of proline in tobacco leaves were promoted evidently, but the activity of nitrate reductase (NR) was decreased in some degree, the activity of SOD and content of chlorophyll were also improved. The effects of nitrogen ion injection on physiological characteristics varied with different doses and varieties.
