干冰膨胀烟丝工艺热段的改进

摘要: 针对干冰膨胀烟丝造碎率高、烟丝中香味物质损失多,甚至出现枯焦味的问题,已陆续出现改进膨胀烟丝工艺与设备的一批专利。涉及到热段改进的专利,主要集中在烟丝的输送膨胀管道方面。当烟丝干基含水率降至9%以后,控制输送膨胀气流的温度降至160℃以下,最好降低150℃,可较好地解决膨胀烟丝所存在的问题。Abstract: A number of patents related to dry ice expanded tobacco for reducing particle degradation, preventing aromatic substances from losing and avoiding the possible burnt odor had been published. The improvement of hot end focused mainly on the conveying and expanding systems. The mentioned problems could be effectively solved by keeping the temperature of conveying gas-flow below 160℃, preferably 150℃, after the dry basis moisture content of cut tobacco was decreased to 9%.
