Abstract: The adjustment of cut-off unit was difficult in building YJ19 and YJ19A cigarette making machines, so a cut-off test station suited to these two types of machines was developed. The station was equipped with lubricating system, driving system and pneumatic control cut-off knife feed and able to adjust and run a cut-off unit independently, without interference with the assembling and adjustment of other assemblies.Much time of installation and commissioning could be saved by this test station, and faults and hidden troubles could be discovered and debugged timely by checking the lubrication and oil leakage of oil-way.
