Clearance Setting of Spiral Bevel Gears in Cigarette Maker

摘要: 针对卷烟机中弧齿锥齿轮调整不到位而出现噪声大、震动、传动精度低的情况,介绍了一种简单而有效的弧齿锥齿轮的装配和调试方法。该方法通过设计一系列的装配调试工装来代替弧齿锥齿轮和部分零件的位置,并据此测量和计算出所需调整垫片的厚度。采用该方法对弧齿锥齿轮进行装配和调试,降低了噪声,减小了震动,保证了传动精度。

Abstract: A simple and effective method of setting spiral bevel gear was introduced. A series of assembly jigs were designed to take the place of spiral bevel gears and some parts, whereby the thickness of spacers was measured and calculated. Using this method in spiral bevel gears' setting, the noise could be reduced, the vibration be decreased and the precision of transmission be ensured.
