Abstract: The sense of informationization construction and the development of enterprise management system were explained, the key functions of financial management software in enterprise's management informationization and the 5 development stages of financial management software were discussed and analyzed. The core of financial management system was the shift from traditional business accounting to financial management, it was a major development of financial management software, and is playing an important role in the management informationization of enterprise.
