用流动分析仪测定烟用香料中的还原糖

Determination of Reducing Sugar in Tobacco Flavor by Flow Analyzer

摘要: 研究了用密度折光仪预测,用流动分析仪测定烟用香料中还原糖的方法。结果表明,方法的RSD<2%,葡萄糖的回收率为96.67%~107.50%,适合于烟用香料中还原糖含量的快速测定。

Abstract: A method for determining reducing sugar in tobacco flavor was developed by the micro flow analyzer 300, with the aid of a densimeter-refractometer. The results showed that the relative standard deviation of the method was below 2% and the recoveries of glucose were from 96.67% to 107.50%. The method was suitable for fast determination of reducing sugar in tobacco flavor.
