Abstract: The field experiments on 4 different ways of fertilization, the conventional (CK), circular application at bottom of hole, fixed hole locating with a beer bottle, and double-layer application, were conducted at 4 sites in Dali, and the collected samples of tobacco leaves were analyzed. The results showed that the effect of fertilization with fixed hole was the best, circular application at bottom of hole better, the conventional and double-layer application worse. Comparing with CK, the yield and output value of tobacco leaves with beer bottle locating application were raised by 14.4% and 18.5%, respectively, and appearance and smoking quality were improved accordingly.
