福建和云南烤烟烟片的最佳醇化期及适宜贮存时间

Optimum Aging and Appropriate Storage Durations of Flue-cured Tobacco Strips Grown in Fujian and Yunnan Provinces of China

摘要: 研究了福建烤烟烟片(S04-98、S05-98、Z05-98)和云南烤烟烟片(S01-98A、S01-98B)醇化过程中外观、化学成分及吸味品质的变化规律,确定的福建S04-98、S05-98和Z05-98烟片的最佳醇化期分别为21个月、18~21个月和21个月,适宜贮存时间分别为12~24个月、18~30个月及18~30个月;云南S01-98A和S01-98B烟片的最佳醇化期均为21个月,适宜贮存时间分别为18~30个月和12~24个月。

Abstract: The changes of appearance, chemical components and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco (S04-98, S05-98, and Z05-98 grown in Fujian Province, S01-98A and S01-98B in Yunnan Province) strips during aging were studied. The results showed that 1) the optimum duration of aging for S04-98, Z05-98, S01-98A and S01-98B were 21 months, for S05-98 was 18-21 months; and 2) the appropriate duration of storage for S04-98 and S01-98B were 12-24 months, for S05-98, Z05-98, and S01-98A were 18-30 months.
