Relationships among Physical Parameters of Filter Rod

  • 摘要: 为研究滤棒圆周、重量、硬度、吸阻4要素间的相互关系,选用27Y/30000、30Y/35000、33Y/370003种常用规格的醋酸纤维丝束,进行了不同圆周、不同重量的滤棒成形试验。在不添加增塑剂的情况下,试验结果表明:①对于27Y/30000的醋纤丝束,滤棒的圆周每产生0.1mm的变化,将导致吸阻产生83Pa的变化,硬度产生0.43%的变化;滤棒的重量每产生0.01g/支的变化,将导致吸阻产生116Pa的变化,硬度产生1.18%的变化。②对于30Y/35000的醋纤丝束,滤棒的圆周每产生0.1mm的变化,将导致吸阻产生74Pa的变化,硬度产生0.49%的变化;滤棒的重量每产生0.01g/支的变化,将导致吸阻产生114Pa的变化,硬度产生0.88%的变化。③对于33Y/37000的醋纤丝束,滤棒的圆周每产生0.1mm的变化,将导致吸阻产生77Pa的变化,硬度产生0.53%的变化;滤棒的重量每产生0.01g/支的变化,将导致吸阻产生109Pa的变化,硬度产生1.31%的变化。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the relationships among circumference, weight, hardness and draw resistance, the filter rods of different circumferences and weights made of 2.7Y/30000, 3.0Y/35000 and 3.3Y/37000 tows without plasticizer were tested. The results showed that 1) for the filter rod made of 2.7Y/30000 acetate tow, the draw resistance and hardness changed by 83Pa, 0.43% and 116Pa, 1.18%, respectively; 2) for the filter rod made of 3.0 Y/35000 tow, the draw resistance and hardness of filter rod were varied by 74Pa and 0.49% and by 114pa and 0.88%, respectively; 3) for the filter rod made of 3.3Y/37000 tow, the changes of draw resistance and hardness were 77Pa, 0.53% and 109Pa, 1.31%, respectively; when the circumference and weight of filter rod varied 0.1mm and 0.01g, respectively.
