Abstract: The "list characteristics" was modified by the function of autocad M6, two way information-transferring between autocad M6 tables and excel file was realized, and the efficiency of conversion design was increased accordingly. The mistakes caused by repeated inputting were avoided effectively. The method of realization in autocad circumstances was also discussed in detail.
